Remote and hybrid working have moved from being an occasional perk to an everyday reality for millions of people. Whether you work from home full time, split your week between home and an office, or work from a variety of locations, the way you organise your day, communicate with colleagues, protect information and look after your own wellbeing has a direct effect on how well you do your job and how much you enjoy it. This course is a practical, supportive guide to working effectively and healthily when you are not all in the same place. It focuses on the behaviours and skills that make remote and hybrid working succeed: setting yourself up properly, managing your own time and productivity, communicating and collaborating well across distance, protecting data and confidentiality, and — just as importantly — looking after your wellbeing and keeping a healthy boundary between work and the rest of your life.
