When you enquire or purchase: your name, email, phone number and order details. When you study: course progress, assessment answers and results (needed to issue certificates). Site preferences (theme, basket) are stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.
To deliver courses and certificates, take payment, provide support, send service emails (order confirmations, course reminders), and — only with your consent — marketing emails. Our lawful bases are contract, legitimate interests and consent.
Card payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full card details.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the academy (payment, email, hosting) and where required by law. Where an employer purchases training for you, we share enrolment, completion and certificate status with them. We never sell personal data.
Order, training and certificate records are kept for as long as needed to evidence your certification, then for the period required by law. You can ask us to delete marketing data at any time.
Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Contact us to exercise any right. You can also complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
