Nexis CPD ("we", "us") provides accredited CPD short courses online. These terms apply to all purchases made through this website.

After purchase you create a learner account with a username and password. You're responsible for keeping your login secure. Certificates are issued in the legal name given at checkout; once your first course is completed this name cannot be changed, and certificates cannot be transferred to another person.

Each course purchase gives one named learner 12 months' access to the course materials from the date of purchase. Courses can be started immediately after payment and completed at your own pace within that period. The certificate you earn has no legal expiry; where relevant it shows a recommended renewal date in line with UK best practice. Only access to the online course materials is time-limited.

Each course ends with an assessment. On passing, your e-certificate is issued instantly. Certificates have no expiry date. We may require identity confirmation before releasing certificates where we suspect misuse.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) per learner. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider. Group bookings are quoted separately.

You may not share your account, resell course access, copy course materials, or complete assessments on behalf of another person. Doing so may result in account closure and certificate withdrawal without refund.

All course content, materials, video and imagery are owned by or licensed to Nexis CPD and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our courses provide training and certification; they do not replace your employer's legal duties or workplace risk assessments. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
